VBC Corporate Policy Statement on COVID-19

The Corona Virus outbreak is emerging to be a global health crisis not seen in over a century. VBC is prepared to meet the challenges the outbreak presents, which includes remaining informed with the disease’s progress. We are actively monitoring information as presented from agencies such as the World Health Organization (WHO), The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other relevant State and Local agencies. VBC is committed to keeping our clients informed on our efforts to ensure minimal, if any, disruption to our services and is releasing this statement in compliance with our internal policies and industry best practices.

Additionally, our team members are managing our own personal health and productivity by following best practices including washing hands regularly, minimizing exposure to the public, working remotely, and avoiding unnecessary travel. We also are communicating with all relevant 3rd parties and VBC vendors to ensure business continuity with our partners.

Finally, our senior management has reviewed our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan and confirmed it to be effective in the face of a potential pandemic outbreak. We continue to monitor our policies and practices and, if necessary, make any adjustments to meet the challenges presented by the Corona Virus. As always, we remain diligent in and committed to our operational integrity.
