Sally Strong Wolgin

Chief Data Officer

Sally is the founder of VBC’s new Lakehouse Analytics division and VBC’s Chief Data Officer. She leads all data analytics initiatives to provide relevant and topical data analytics solutions to the VBC community.

With over 30 years of experience leading financial institutions’ technology and business analytics teams, Sally’s experience started by running the technology team in charge of developing Profitability, ALCO, and General Ledger solutions for a major Philadelphia regional bank.

Most recently, Sally led the Business Intelligence team at a local community bank. While working there she developed and implemented a data and reporting strategy. She also has extensive experience in Information Security, Vendor Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Information Technology Compliance.

Sally received her BA at Lafayette College, with a degree in Economics and an Accounting minor.

Sally is married and the mother of two. She resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania where in her free time, Sally enjoys hiking, kayaking, and teaching her new puppy to sit!
