Furthermore, VBC will not set or access cookies on your computer unless you are utilizing our secured client services. We make no attempt to identify individual users or their usage of this website.

VBC only uses raw monitoring data logs for the purpose of determining trends in usage patterns and in diagnosing system problems. If you choose to provide us with information, VBC will keep all information received from you as a result of any communication within the confines of this website in full confidence and VBC does not and will not share such information with or sell or reveal such information to any other persons, firms, organizations or other entities, exclusive, however, of (i) subsidiaries, affiliates and successors of VBC, (ii) disclosures required by law or compelled by order to a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction or to establish or protect VBC’s legal rights or defend against legal claims against VBC, and (iii) information which becomes generally known to the public through no fault of VBC.
