Allan Cuttle is a Managing Principal and leads the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Technology Solutions Practice at VBC. Allan brings more than 30 years of experience advising financial institutions on enterprise risk management, operational risk, and GRC technology strategies.

Allan works with Community Banks, Credit Unions and other Financial Institutions in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing GRC Technology Platforms. Allan guides organizations in shaping effective GRC solution strategies and implementation approaches while elevating the maturity of their risk and compliance programs, ultimately enabling senior management and Boards to make more informed strategic decisions.

Prior to joining VBC, Allan was a Managing Principal at a consultancy leading GRC and risk transformation initiatives for Community Banks and Credit Unions including the design and enhancement of enterprise and operational risk frameworks, automation of their Compliance Management Systems and the implementation and support of integrated GRC platforms.

Allan is also a frequent public speaker, and author on the subject of risk frameworks and supporting GRC technologies.
