Allison Merchiore

Managing Director, Risk Management & Reporting

Allison Merchiore is a Managing Director, Risk Management and Reporting at VBC. Allison manages the AL and CECL modeling process and serves the firm’s client base through financial risk analysis and management, with a particular focus on interest rate, liquidity and CECL risk modeling and reporting.

Prior to joining VBC, Allison spent several years working in community banks, both in the Accounting department and the Treasury department. She worked in financial reporting as Assistant Accounting Manager at First Financial Bank and as Asset/Liability Analyst at Willow Financial Bank. She has extensive experience with budgeting and regulatory reporting.

Allison graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University with a B.S. in Business Management. She resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, Allison enjoys hiking with family and friends as well as relaxing with a good book.
