Jonathan Titcomb

Assistant Director, Municipal Credit Analysis

Jonathan Titcomb is the Assistant Director of Municipal Credit Analysis at VBC. Jonathan is responsible for process automation along with model development and maintenance, and serves the firm’s client base through customized analysis, monitoring, and reporting on municipal portfolios, as well as asset liability modeling and back-testing.

Previously, Jonathan spent nearly ten years at Seifried and Brew. In that time, he was instrumental in the development of their municipal credit risk model as well as streamlining the reporting and monitoring processes through VBA programming and development and product design.

Jonathan received his B.S. in Mathematics from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA, with additional study in actuarial science. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and son.
